ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE-HAVE YOU PROTECTED YOUR PC?

Post  heavensangel on Wed Nov 12, 2008 10:37 pm

After stumbling onto a link about viruses I was stunned to hear at the sheer power that viruses can have over your own PC/Labtop!
The extract I read described the 10 biggest and most effective viruses to hit the world wide web since the 1980's and was stunned to find that some of these viruses can lie dormant and only come into play on a certain date in the year and so forth....If you are interested I have posted the extract's address,

http://tech.uk.msn.com/features/article.aspx?cp-documentID=7028313

There is also a small box in the corner about some of the latest technologies and gadgetry and what they do.

I kinda miss the old days when viruses weren't all harmful to your computer.
I remember a particularly funny virus where you open Internet Explorer and would be greeted with a full frontal nude shot of Bart Simpson.

Nowadays, it's all about geeks linking your computer in series with thousands of other computers to hack banks or something.

Why is there a random capital letter in the middle of your sentence with no meaning whatsoever?
