Technical support FAILS!

Is it me or do technical support services generally suck? Ive been having a problem with my e-mail service from a company and have been trying to resolve the issue for a week now. Ive sent 4-5 e-mails to their customer support service for help but each time I get different answers telling me to do different things and they all FAIL to resolve my problem! Im tempted to just cancel my subscription all together because I just cant be bothered anymore!!! Mad
